Lafayette Kiwanis Foundation



The Lafayette Kiwanis Foundation was established in 1971 to:

 

     Promote the betterment of health, welfare, happiness, and education and development of men, women, and children in our community (particularly, the sick, aged, young, erring, poor, crippled, helpless, handicapped, unfortunate, and underprivileged, regardless of race, color, or creed)  and to further religious, charitable, scientific, and literary activities in our developing society.

 

     Supply money, goods, and/or services for worthwhile community activities in the form of grants totaling about $17,000.00 a year.

 

  

     Promote the social welfare of our community.

   

    

Application Procedures:

 

     What we fund

 

          Youth agencies, health causes, relief purposes, educational endeavors within Tippecanoe County for those holding 501

               (C) (3) status with the IRS.

          The median grant size is $500.00

 

     What we do not fund

 

          Preferably not the same organization repeatedly
